Before I started the coaching sessions with Sara, I was suffering from what the doctor's call long-haulers syndrome. I was exhausted and I wasn't able to focus on anything, which was requiring me to work longer hours to run my business.
Sara talked me through some changes I could make in my health regime and changes to my lifestyle. I immediately implemented her suggestions after the first coaching session and we made adjustments along the way but WOW! I was completely amazed with how I felt. I didn't realize how awful I felt until I made the changes and started to feel "normal" again!
This coaching gave me that time and created space in my life to focus on me and how I want to live and feel on a daily basis!

I had an amazing experience with my coach, Sara Gencarelli. Prior to meeting with Sara, I was struggling quite a bit with many aspects of my life. I was having a difficult time coping with my father’s passing, balancing work and home life, and struggling with a lot of stress. I am not always open to talking about my feelings, and I tend to put up a wall. I wasn’t confident that I would be able to open up during these sessions.
During our first session, I was amazed at how comfortable I was immediately with Sara. She has this calming effect when she talks to you, and I always felt validated with my feelings. Sara took a keen interest in everything I discussed with her. She kept notes and gave very helpful suggestions with what I could do to help with managing my feelings.
After my sessions with Sara, I had the ability to calm my emotions before they got the best of me. I now have a greater appreciation for each day of my life, and the lives of my friends and family.
